If you\u2019re using large pak choi, you can cut them into halves or quarters, depending on size.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Heat the Pan<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over medium heat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cook the Pak Choi<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add the pak choi to the pan. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the leaves start to wilt, and the stalks become tender but still crisp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add Garlic and Ginger<\/strong> (if using):\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add the minced garlic (and ginger if you&#8217;re using it) and stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Make the Sauce<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour in the sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Stir well to coat the pak choi in the sauce.
